Q: I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?
A: Yes, our payment sollution Stripe, is the safest there is. We watch your order carefully and none of your credit information will be stored by any parts in the process. Your rights here online are the same as in a physical store. Only difference (and the best difference) is that you don't have to move away from your sofa while shopping.
Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: I've received the wrong product, how do I get the right one?
A: Please email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive the parcel, along with any relevant photographs where applicable. We'll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

A: If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, along with any details of leaks, breakages or signs that the packaging has been tampered with. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: All orders are shipped through Posten Norge AS unless otherwise noted. Shipping methods are subject to change in an effort to provide the best service possible.
Q: Will I be charged customs and duties on my order?
A: Orders within Norway will not be charged customs and duties as all products are shipped from Norway. Orders coming from other region may occur customs and/or duties charges based on your location. All customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Q: Do you accept payment in other currencies?
A: Currently we only accept payments in Norwegian Kroner(NOK).
